Our factory's regular lead time is 60-90 days to ensure product quality and stability of the production process. For customers with special needs, we offer expedited service, which can be completed within 45 days. The delivery time will be adjusted according to the order quantity. We will communicate with customers according to the actual volume of the order and make the most appropriate delivery plan to meet the needs of customers.

Our factory's minimum order quantity is 3 pieces per style per color. For large order customers, we provide preferential measures, specific incentives will be based on the order quantity and product style and other factors to negotiate. Our factory adopts the method of bill of lading payment, that is, after the goods are ready and the customer confirms that they are correct, we will issue the bill of lading, and the customer will pay according to the bill of lading. We will also flexibly negotiate other possible payment plans according to the specific needs of customers and cooperation.

However, if the sample needs to be customized for mold opening, then this part of the mold opening costs need to be borne by you.

Our factory attaches great importance to after-sales service. Of course, when we leave the factory, we will definitely carry out quality testing to ensure that it is qualified before sending it out. If the product has quality problems, we will provide corresponding after-sales service to ensure that customers can use the product normally.
